Toilet paper rolls
Craft knife / Scissors
Paint
Instructions
1. Cut a straight line along the toilet paper roll so it could be opended up.
2. Cut the toilet paper roll horizontally to separate the bracelet. The width of bracelets depends on the thickness that you want.
3. Paint your bracelets and let it dry.
