DIY Unicorn Bookmark
Make these adorable unicorn bookmarks with FREE download and easy step by step guide. These unicorn bookmarks are perfect for unicorn lover and bookworm. Not only they are easy and fun to make but the kids can express their creativity with colouring.
HOW TO MAKE TASSELS
SUPPLIES:
Yarn
Heavy cardboard (7 x 10 cm)
STEP BY STEP GUIDE:
Wrap the yarn around the cardboard, keep wrapping until you get the desired thickness for your tassel. I wrapped mine 20 times.
Cut a piece of yarn about 20cm long and tie the top.
Cut another 20cm yarn and tie 2cm below the top. Wrap the ends and double knot to secure the tassel.
Take your scissors, cut the loops, trim the ends and you’re done.
HOW TO MAKE UNICORN BOOKMARK
SUPPLIES:
Free Unicorn Printable (download below)
Cardstock paper
Glue
Scissors
Popsicle sticks
Coloured pen or crayon
STEP BY STEP GUIDE:
Download Free Unicorn Template and print on cardstock paper to make it more durable.
Ask your child to colour the unicorns, we are using brush pen for this project.
Carefully cut out the unicorn shape.
Punch a small hole at the back of the body. We don’t have a small hole puncher, so we used a pencil and poke it through the paper to make a small hole.
Tie the tail.
Attach the popsicle stick with some glue. Allow it to dry completely before using the bookmark.
