BUBBLE SNAKE

Do you have any lost or mismatched pair of socks in your drawer? That will be perfect for this project!

Gather your materials. You'll need:

• Plastic bottle

• Bubble mix

• Sock

• Scissors

• Craft knife

• Elastic band (not in the photo)

• Food colouring (optional)

Homemade Bubble Recipe

This is the simple recipe that I used for this project. You'll need 1/2 cup dish soap and 1 1/2 cups water. Mix and stir them together.

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Cut off the bottom of plastic bottle using knife and trim the sharp edge with scissors

2. Cut the sock

3. Cover it over the open side of the bottle. Secure with elastic band.

4. Dip the sock in bubble mixture, we paint it with food colouring to get the rainbow bubbles.

5. Carefully blow the top of the bottle to make bubbles. Have fun experimenting with colours!
